Marketing Opportunities- The Chamber offers the following ways you can promote your business at no charge.
- A free listing on the Chamber’s website at www.holdenville.org. Your business will be listed in a searchable directory with a link to your business’s website.
- A free listing in our current membership directory. This book is the information book of Holdenville. Every visitor, Chamber member, business prospect, relocation packet and person interested in information about Holdenville will see this book. This publication spotlights chamber members only, area tourism, and works as an active marketing tool for Holdenville.
- Referrals- The Chamber receives hundreds of requests each year for our recommendations on where to do business. We only refer them to Chamber members.
- Business Card and Brochure Display- As a member we provide you the opportunity to display business cards, brochures or coupons to promote your business, in our Chamber office at 105 S. Hinckley.
- Newsletter- Chamber Insight, our new monthly newsletter, brings the news of the Chamber to you on local, state and federal levels. All members are invited to use our newsletter to announce special events or happenings in their business. New members are featured each month.
- Opportunity to join Chamber Blue (Chamber Health Insurance)- Chamber members will have the opportunity to join Chamber Blue- A Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Insurance program. This is an affordable, comprehensive health insurance Program, designed exclusively for local chamber members thru Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and The State Chamber.

- Member Decals- Our new member decals allow you to proudly display that you are a Chamber member.
- Committees- Make real changes and contributions to the Holdenville community by stepping up to join one of the Chamber of Commerce standing committees. Choose one that reflects your business interests.
Build Your Business- Make the most out of your membership by attending the wide variety of events we hold for our members. Or, if you want to be more involved, consider sponsoring an event. Exposure is valuable.
- General Membership Meeting/luncheon- Held on the third Thursday of each month. Guest speakers provide information to members on timely issues. Great networking opportunities!
- Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet- A yearly report of accomplishments and Program of Works for the next year is given to membership by elected leadership, with recognition of the Chamber’s Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Community Service Award and our new Project Pride award.
- New Spring Mixer- A networking event with a social setting, food and entertainment, combined with a mini-tradeshow. Businesses may sign up for spaces to set up sales displays to promote their business and network with other businesses. Tickets will be sold to general public.
- Annual Truck Showdown in conjunction with the Hughes County Free Fair- Great networking opportunity!
- Annual Events- The Chamber hosts numerous events every year for the community including our Annual Fall Festival, Halloween trick-or-treat, and Christmas Parade. These events bring people to our area spending money in our local stores, restaurants, and hotels.
Publicity- The Chamber provides publicity in numerous ways to promote your business to the community and fellow members.
- Free Advertisement- The Chamber can help stage your Grand Opening, Open House, kick-off a New Business with a Ribbon Cutting, or give an already existing business a jump-start. When the Chamber attends, or hosts your special event, it is publicized in the Holdenville News.
- New Member Recognition- New member information will be listed in our monthly newsletter along with recognition from the Holdenville News.
It is our goal to help your businesses grow and to help promote our Holdenville community. Each of these benefits and services are aimed toward providing Chamber members with opportunities to get their business happenings or ideas out to the public and to put new members in the spotlight.
